ONE BEDROOM RENTALS

 Set in Isla Palo Seco, in Parrita, and 36 km (22 miles) from Manuel Antonio National Park, Villas Playa Palo Seco is a pet friendly, non-smoking property that offers accommodations with free WiFi, free secured parking, air conditioning, a garden and a terrace.  It is a beachfront property surrounded by majestic  palm trees and a variety of fruit trees. It is visited by monkeys and occasionally by the stunning scarlet macaws which enjoy feasting on the Almendro trees.

The beach features beautiful sunrises to the left and gorgeous sunsets to the right. The water is perpetually warm and the sand is soft. There is a tiki hut that you can enjoy when seeking shade at the beach. 

Villas Playa Palo Seco has two units. 

Both units provide guests with a patio, garden views, a seating area,  flat-screen TV’s in every bedroom as well as the living room. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and a hairdryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner.  There are plenty of towels for bathing as well as beach towels 

Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a stove, a microwave and a toaster oven.  We also offer a coffee maker and a blender.  Each kitchen has all necessary accessories, dishes, bowls, glasses, flatware, cooking utensils, pots and pans as well as napkins, paper towels, sponges, and dish soap.  You can also enjoy our coolers that you can take to the beach. 

Villas Playa Palo Seco is a pet friendly facility that provides dog dishes as well as an elevated dog bowl table. 

Unit 1 has one bedroom  with two Queen size beds, an en suite bathroom featuring a massage shower.  There is a flat screen TV in the living room and another one in the bedroom with access to streaming services.  The living room has a futon sofa that can be used as a bed.

Unit 2 has two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom.  Each shower has handheld shower heads. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and a TV in  each bedroom.  All TV’s have access to streaming services. The living room has couches that convert to beds if needed.
